what is mud?


Mud is a liquid or semi liquid which is formed by the mixture of the water and soil, silt and clay. Mud can form mudrock in time with geological condition.

Mud is similar with muck, but mud contains more proportion of soil, so mud contains less humus rather than muck.

Mud is a house for some animals such as worms, snails, frogs, insects and other animals. Some big animals such as elephants, pigs, buffalo, and some other animals to cool down their body temperature and to clean their body from insects.

Human use muds for industries, such ads creating a tile, bricks, vase, handcraft and other things by minimizing the amount of liquid and solidify the mud.
